The mission of the Substance Abuse Awareness Coalition is to provide residents of Otero County with the best possible educational information and resources concerning substance abuse prevention, abuse, recovery and family support. SAAC projects include the Maze of Life, Every 15 Minutes, and Red Ribbon Week.
